Error installing 1.0.6

I have this mostly working - but when I click the Admin option, upper right I get this error:

 

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type DB_Error as array in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/libstats/libstats/actions/LibraryAdminFormAction.php on line 58

 

Has anyone else hit this?  Every other choice works fine.

  $parentFinder = new $parent_table_data['parent_finder']($db);
