Advanced Search by date/time

Hello,
My organization uses libstats and for the most part it works
excellently. However, one feature that never seems to work correctly
for us is the Advanced Search using a date and a time in combination.
If I search for entries using a start date of 12/03/10 and end date of
12/04/10, it gives me the results for 12/03/10. That is fine. If I
search using a start date of 12/03/10 12:00 AM and end date of
12/04/10 11:59 PM, then it gives the same results as the first, only
the results for the date of 12/03/10 when it ought to show all entries
for 12/04/10 as well. Is this correct functionality?
