xalloc not in 4.1.0 tarball

Sorry: xalloc is not build usually, so "make dist" ignored it.
There is now an singular-4.1.0p1.tar.gz which is identical to
singular-4.1.0.tar.gz with the exception of:
- includes xalloc
- has permission 644/755 in doc.tbz2
