Previously I tried on Ubuntu-16.04, it worked for me but now I tried on Fedora-25 and it does not work.
I ran:
./configure --enable-python
make V=0
I get some errors while running make. Like Moore said previously, I ran some tests and some tests failed, here is the output (http://lpaste.net/351097). I need some help with installation, Thanks in advance.

Odd, everything appears to be working correctly for me on Fedora
Rawhide. Perhaps you are missing some dependencies? Can you should
the output of './configure --enable-python' and 'make clean && make
check-build'?

Hello,
Thanks for the output, it looks like you are missing a dependency
relating to building the python bindings. Can you run the following
command and share the output?
# make V=1 clean; make V=1 check-build

Sorry for the delay, I've been a bit busy with other things.
It looks like you are missing the redhat-hardened-cc1 tool which on my
Fedora Rawhide system appears to ship as part of the redhat-rpm-config
package (not sure why?), can you try installing this package to see if
it solves your problem?
# dnf install redhat-rpm-config
