Librsync windows7/windows8 issues

Hello all!
I'm using librsync for creating patches and sending them to users.

Users can use Win7/Win8/Win10.

I've faced problem: after applying patch on win7 i got incorrect SHA512 from result file.
On win10 checksum is valid.

Size of file: ~26Mm
librsync built with msvc 2015 64bit;
I use last librsync (from github).
