[libRETS-users] Updated librets Debian package repo to 16.04+1.6.2

I've been working on updating my repo that helps with building librets on
Ubuntu (and probably Debian) to 16.04 and at the same time to 1.6.2 of
librets. It is building now and is available at:

https://github.com/realgo/librets-package

This is a collection of dpkg packaging files that can be checked out into the
librets source tar file and then built using the "debuild" helper script.

I will also try to get the new 1.6.2 packages for 16.04 and 14.04 pushed up to
my PPA tomorrow, at:

https://launchpad.net/~sysadm-k/+archive/ubuntu/librets

Please let me know if you are having any problems with them.
