ถ้าเป็น excal จะทำการ แชร์ โดย ถ้าเป็นexcelปกติ ไปที่menu barค่ะ กด"review" -> "Share Workbook" -> ไปที่tab "editing" -> ติ๊ก "Allow Changes by more than one user..."
แล้วถ้าเป็น ของ Libre สามารถทำได้ไหมครับ

ไปที่เมนู Tools > Share Document ครับ แต่จะทำงานได้ดีที่สุดกับเอกสารที่มีนามสกุลเป็น .ods นะครับ
