Krishna,
I saw several Terminology files with most words untranslated on Libreoffice Telugu translations page. https://translations.documentfoundation.org/
I updated the latest FUEL-telugu.po to the Pootle server of Libreoffice and deleted the older files. Now the web tool shows the prompts from the FUEL-te file.
Let me know if you notice any problem.
