Hi! I’m sending this to the list in hopes of getting some feedback. Although autobuddying seems to work, there’s no progress on the bar so I can’t tell when it’s finished. Using Firefox ESR 10.0.3.

Hello Pam,

 

I’ve added a new user to our system and I’m trying to autobuddy her. It seems to be taking way too long, and I don’t see any progress on the bar. I did this a couple of weeks ago and it was very zippy. Is there a problem today?

 

Also what do the terms “reciprocal” and “comprehensive” mean for autobuddying? Should I be doing both?

Hi Kirsten,

Yes, we have a bug with that progress bar currently; we'll fix it as soon as we can.  Sorry about that!  Happily, the buddying still works.  But you'll need to refresh your page to clear away the progress bar.
