Good morning! Ok, so I have Googled this and searched the forums of this group, but have had no luck. I hesitated to post because I have a feeling that I'm missing something obvious.

We have some new staff members and I need to queue buddy them. I remembered this document from the last time I did this: http://libraryh3lp.blogspot.com/2011/10/new-feature-queue-buddying.html  However, when I go to the queues section, I do not see either flat view or tree view and, consequently(?), I see no auto buddy. ?? What am I missing/doing incorrectly?

Any help is much appreciated!
Kimberley

Hi Kimberley,

No worries! The Manage Contacts button is what you're after and is located in the Users tab of the admin site. Since you are after queue buddying, it definitely made sense to look at the Queues tab. Sorry for any confusion!

Very best,
Amy Shelton

How sad I am to be such a moron... and in public, too!

Thanks, Amy :)

Dear Kimberley,

You are most certainly not a moron and our Google Group is a super-friendly place. Besides, Manage Contacts isn't something one uses often and who can keep all the LibraryH3lp bells and whistles in their head? :-D

Best,
Amy
