Hi Jessica,

The simplest way is to use an iframe rather than a code snippet for your embedded widget. Keep your pop-up widget code in place and replace your embedded widget code snippet with the iframe. We have a doc on creating iframes at https://docs.libraryh3lp.com/create-code-iframe.html

Should you ever decide that you wanted a combination of pop-ups and/or follow-mes on a single page, then there is a bit of advanced LibraryH3lp kung fu required. Details at https://docs.libraryh3lp.com/multiple-widgets.

Let us know if you get stuck?

Best,
Amy Shelton

My colleague and I are running into a problem with getting multiple widgets/popups to display on the same page.  He has included a library h3lp popup link in the template menubar that is displayed on all of the pages of our website.  On our reference/askalibrarian page, we would also like an embedded widget to display within the text of ways patrons can contact a librarian.  It would be in the "Chat" section on this page.  For some reason, the widget won't display on the page, and we think it's because of the presence of the popup link; it seems that only the first widget is being rendered, but not both.  The widget is aimed at the same queue as the "Ask a librarian chat" popup but is just created through a different code snippet.  Is there something we can do to get both to display correctly?
