Setting Up New Users in Admin (Queue Assignments do Not Appear to Add)

Dear Libraryh3lp Support:

 

I am setting up two of our new adjuncts in Libraryh3lp in admin, and have them added, but I can’t figure out how to add our queue assignments (chabotlibrary and googlesms).  No options appear and I don’t know how to add them (they are there for the other librarians but these do not appear as options to add for the two new users I’ve added).  This means they can log into Webchat, but no queries ever reach them, because they need queues assigned.

 

Can you please help?
