Editing help text in chat widget

Hi there,
In the chat widget -- we use a pop-up -- there's the text box with the messages, and below that a smaller input field in which a person needs to type his or her question/text. And then hit 'enter'.
In our experience especially older people often are confused on this last step. They type a text, but then don't know how to send it to us. They see the little envelope button below the input field (for adding an attachment) as a way to send the chat -- like e-mail, which is what they're familiar with -- but that won't help them.
In the input field where they now type their text, there's a gray help text which asks to type their text in there -- in our case the statement is in Dutch. I would like to ask whether we can edit this text, to add that people need to hit 'enter' after they've typed in their text.
I couldn't find this as an option in the admin section, so maybe I'm not looking in the right place, or maybe I can't edit this myself? Could someone help me where to look? Thanks!

Hi Christian,
This text can't be edited in the way as other widget customizations such as showing/hiding the various icons. As you mentioned, the text is translated (localized) for various languages. There is a standard set of translations for each language.--
