Webchat sound alert SILENT

Hello,
I believe the webchat sound alert is not working. I have tried it in both Firefox 10.0.1 and IE8.
No one is apparently hearing it out there in library land, either, since no one is answering my test chats.

It may be working again, but not terribly well. I think from the patron side beeps once when the person types, but doesn’t continue periodic beeping until picked up.
