"Patron left conversation" notation

Hi Pam and group-
I've noticed that the transcripts in LibraryH3lp do not include the notation that the patron left the chat--like this one:
(8:07:28 PM) guest...@chat.libraryh3lp.com has left the conversation.

It only shows up in my chat box. Is there any chance that those messages will ever be included in the transcripts? They're useful to us in terms of assessment and statistics. Just curious.

Hi,

One of our supervisors here also has requested a notation of when the patron leaves in the transcripts, for review and quality assurance that the librarians don't leave patrons hanging.

Is there any chance that this is "coming soon" on the new interface?

Hi Julie,

In fact, yes! This is actively on our development roadmap. Especially with the really accurate widget reporting of the guest leaving, we'd like to start including those messages and also others such as when transfers occur. We'll do our best to remember to post here when that goes out!
