Widget in Summon 2.0

We're making the switch to Summon 2.0 over the winter break and I was wondering what is possible to customize the widget.  The Summon admin console allows you to enter the queue you want to use and that's about it.  I've asked SerSols support and they say that's all there is.  I'd like to change the title of the widget (now it uses the generic "Chat with a librarian") and the identification for the librarian is the queue name itself.  I don't see any way to edit these things through the queue itself (i.e. rather than a widget editor), but I thought I might have missed something.  I hope my question is clear and thanks for your help!

Hi Michael,

Alas, the way the Summon integration works, there isn't anything we can do on our side.  I think what you'd want to do is lobby for the Summon folks to let you plug in a widget skin number so that you could provide your own branding on top of the plain widget.  The skin can contain the identity in addition to colors and other cosmetic widget CSS tweaks.

We're very happy to help them if they have questions -- they were great to work with when they originally created the integration.

The only other thing I can think of would be to look around in the Summon 2.0 interface to see if there are any other opportunities for inserting links or other local content elsewhere in the Summon interface.  If it's amenable to html or javasccript, perhaps it would be worth trying to insert some regular LibraryH3lp code into that other spot.  (Unfortunately we don't have a Summon account to play with in order to sleuth this out on our end!)
