Weirdness in chat window

Apostrophes are showing up as HTML in the chat window.

 

e.g. Yes. I can see the transcript. It's an obituary question with Jana.

Hi Kristen,

Thanks for the report!  I've been meaning to get on the group to mention that there are some rough edges in the wake up the big upgrade yesterday.  Our status board is in full action so that people can keep track of what's known.

This apostrophe's thing is in there; this also impacts other funny characters like &.  These characters appear *correctly* on the patron's end in the widget.

I'm seeing JS errors (see below) on the admin site login page in IE 8 that are seem to be preventing the login dialog from displaying.

I have tried clearing my cache but with no luck.

Hi Travis,

Yep, you're right.  Webchat works in IE8 (and 7) but not Admin.  I put it on the status page.

To update this thread, reports work now.  Also the various export options on the Activity page are in better shape (yearly page works better than monthly page currently).
