Hi

My widget used to work.
Now I have to to re-add my queue but it says it already exists.
Is there any way to recover the queue that disappeared?

G.

PS: also is there any way to disable "for transfers/etc see…" and
"guest contacted…"?

*go

Well now the widget is working (shows "available") but not the PHP
Presence Check.
What's going on?

Hi there!

It sounds like the queue is still alive and well. I think this might be a case of mistaken identity. To see that queue, you'll need to log into the admin site as the user who created the queue; try the top-level admin account that was created when you started your LibraryH3lp trial. User accounts created by that top-level admin account have a limited view of your domain.

On the PHP presence check, could you either send us the code you are using or point us to a page? We'd be happy to see what might be going on there.

Alas, there is no way to disable "for transfers/etc see…" and "guest contacted…" The first message offers up the ability to transfer patrons to another operator or queue within an external client. The second helps you recognize when an incoming chat is from a patron via LibraryH3lp within that same client. These messages are how we integrate some LibraryH3lp-specific functionality into a generic XMPP/Jabber chat client, like Pidgin or Adium.

Very best,
Amy Shelton

I just had to remove "chat." from the Server-Side Presence Check.
Thx for the support Amy.
