"ghostly" chat windows

Hi Pam, for the past few days we experience a chat window opening from
one of our queues but with no patron on the other end.

a librarian tries to claim the chat by typing "hi" but we get back
"message not received." a minute or two later, the patron's question
will appear. there are chat transcripts for both these sessions so we
can tell it's the same person.

we're wondering what the patron's experience is and if they're trying
to chat with us but we are unable to respond. this has happened three
times in the last week with the same queue, 2 different librarians.

Thanks for the report!  We'd like to look into this further.  Can you send us a screenshot, the guest ID, or the date/time and queue name for the most recent one of these?  We'll take a look in our detailed logs and see what we can see.  You can send it directly to sup...@libraryh3lp.com
