I know the Google group is just up and running, but I'm hoping people
will see this as they join. Does the 19th work for a potential get-
together? In informal discussions, it seems like an early-evening
happy hour would work best, at least for those of us at Ehrman. We
could determine the location once we have a better idea of who's
coming.

hahaha Emily, so far it's just you and me. I wanted to get you and
jason on board before I posted anything about the happy hour--jason
hasn't joined yet, and I talked to michelle about it tonight and she's
going to join too. I'll also invite my librarian friends from bobst.
Can you invite people to the group or am I the only one set up to do
that? I'll check...

I think only you can. I suggested it to someone I've met from Rockefeller, too.

You should probably just set it up so people can add themselves; it would save you some work!

you're right--thanks--I made it so members can add themselves. I sent
a blast of invitations out--hopefully people will start joining and we
can pick a centrally located spot for the 19th.
