Hi,
sorry, forgot the last commit in 0.19.0. Here is a fixed release 0.19.1.
this release comes with a new function libpsl_free_string() which is needed on
some architectures (instead of using free()).
psl_make_dafsa should now work with both python2 and python3.
The psl_*_count() functions now return -1 is that information is not
available. That is the case when using a DAFSA blob. The psl utility uses this
return value to show an appropriate message instead of showing 0.
