COPYING says libproxy is under LGPL v2.1 but the website links
to the top-level LGPL v3. Would somebody mind changing the
website to point to http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl-2.1.html ?

This might help for potential contributors pursuing permission to
contribute to the project.

Unfortunately, this is a defect in googlecode. They only give you one
option for LGPL and it auto-links to LGPLv3. For clarity's sake, the
license is LGPLv2.1+.

Okay, I wondered if this was the case.
