How imporatant is support fo rMinGW?

I am not going to drop it but it is proving to be a lot harder to support than I thought.  I think part of my problem is that I am trying to support it in the same project as MSVC and the CMake configs are geting confused.  I am getting closer but I am going to need to spend a few days entangling the mess I have made.

I do not want to delay 2.6.5 too much longer as I have fixed the= 32-bit Windows build and the missing install configuration.

Please let me know if you depend on MinGW or on 32-bit Windows or the install config.

Respond to this message if you can.  If not please open an issue unless someone else already has.  I know that the install issue is blocking updates for the brew package manager.  I have no idea how many people use that.
