US number showing invalid phone number

I am using this phone number, but library giving its not valid

Hi,

We can't connect to the number +1 505 138 0641. It is invalid because as per NANPA (telephone numbering authority), US phone numbers cannot have 0 or 1 in the 4th digit. This has been mentioned in Wikipedia as well, please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Numbering_Plan#Modern_plan

Please recheck with any other valid number eg. +1 505 238 0641 http://libphonenumber.appspot.com/phonenumberparser?number=%2B1+5052380641
