Hello, i have issue with French number starts from +330692,
Wiki says that numbers starts from +330692 and   +330693  are mobile phone numbers, and they should be valid.

"Wiki says that numbers starts from +330692 and   +330693  are mobile phone numbers, and they should be valid"?

No, it doesn't - read it carefully, especially the difference between "From France" and "Outside France". Réunion has its own country dialing code, +262, not followed by a "0".

For what you want (numbers in Réunion) use "+26269..." rather than "+33069...". The wiki entry shows this.
