Requesting Singapore 8981 prefix to be added

We have a customer claiming 8981 should be a valid prefix for Singapore +65. Currently, the ranges allowed under 898, as of v9.0.32, are:

898[06-9]
898[2-5]

I can't share the customer but hoping you have some official way to verify the request based on previous continuous updates to Singaporean prefix ranges.
