Request to support phone prefix 8097 for Singapore (+65)

Hi there,

Recently in Singapore (+65), the phone number prefix '8097' was allocated to CUniq (over StarHub).

Here is the example page to select phone number: https://www.cuniq.sg/en/plans/order?plan=SHARED_DATA_PLAN_4G_15GB

I have checked in 'resources/PhoneNumberMetadata.xml' and `resources/metadata/65/ranges.csv', both doesn't support the new prefix.
