Issue with Spain short numbers.

Hello,

Regarding the short numbers described on the library for Spain I see that the numbers are not updated to the actual list that the national regulation has provided.
I wonder if there is a way to update the library codes

Her is the official link https://www.cnmc.es/sites/default/files/5318661.pdf the code 020 is not included due to the list is from 2023 and is not updated.

And the codes are:
