Issue with phone number validation for Malaysia

Hi,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the validation of certain Malaysian phone numbers.

We noticed that some valid numbers are incorrectly returning false when using the isValidNumber method.

Example:

• Phone Number: +60 1952526663

Could you please investigate why this is happening?
