The libphonenumber library currently lacks proper validation for the following Botswana phone number ranges:

- 78200000 to 78299999
- 78300000 to 78399999
- 78400000 to 78499999

Furthermore, to ensure future-proofing, it is essential to add support for upcoming Botswana phone number ranges:

- 78500000 to 78599999
- 78600000 to 78699999
- 78700000 to 78799999

To provide you with a clearer understanding of the issue, here are the details:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Utilize the libphonenumber library to validate a Botswana phone number within the specified ranges.
2. Observe that the validation fails, even for valid Botswana phone numbers falling within these ranges.

Expected Behavior:

We expect the libphonenumber library to correctly validate Botswana phone numbers within the provided ranges.

Actual Behavior:

Currently, the library does not validate Botswana phone numbers within the specified ranges.
