"Overdial" for Australian smart numbers

The Australian number system specifies that for smart numbers (a.k.a. phonewords), you're allowed to add additional digits to 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers, which will be dropped.

For example:
Lenovo has the smart number 135366, however they advertise their phone number as 13536686 (13 LENOVO). When a user dials 13536686, they are directed by the telephony provider to 135366, and the additional digits 8 and 6 are considered "overdial".

Libphonenumber currently recognizes the 6-digit as a valid number 

And the 8-digit is not recognized as valid, although it technically points to the same number as the 6-digit
