Can we use libnfs in place of Client for NFS?

Hi,

i'm working on an application which has to share files between a server hosted on CentOS and client on Windows Server OS.

I'm looking for an alternative to windows's Client for NFS. 

Can we use this to access NFS shares via PowerShell on Windows?

Sure, if you application links with and uses libnfs directly
then you application will be able to access the NFS share.
