New version of libnfs : 2.0.0

Please find a new version of libnfs available : 2.0.0

As this version contains several significant new features I have decided to bump the major version of the library to 2.

Major new features are:

* NFSv4 support for the RPC layer interface and example NFSv4 utilities.

* Support for building server applications using libnfs and example server code.

* Support for setting NFS/RPC timeouts for both sync and async interfaces.

Other fixes and features are documented in the CHANGELOG.
