Problem with compile library that it didn't happen before

Hi,

Not the first time that I used this library and I installed in other pc two weeks ago but today I install the library by : apt install libmodbus-dev . But now I can't compile I tryed installing the library by other ways the problem continues and in others computers with linux, Xubuntu normally. Its just me ?
