libkqueue SVN migrated to SourceForge

I have migrated the libkqueue repository to Sourceforge. Here is the link with details:

The old SVN repository has been made read-only and will no longer be maintained. The rest of the project infrastructure (web pages, mailing lists, etc) will be moved to Sourceforge sometime during the next week.
