The server for heily.com is down, and I am unable to get to the
console because I am out of town. I will attempt to get phone support,
but it is likely to be down until Friday night. This affects the
project SVN repository and the web pages.

The kind and helpful folks at Linode rebooted the server, which had panicked but not rebooted. Everything is back up now.
