Timing for release including old schema file reading?

Hi Michael, Bent,

Do you have an estimated timeline on a new release of libkml, or some gut feel on the stability of trunk? Users of the FDO KML provider have been running into problems parsing older KML files as you've documented here: http://code.google.com/p/libkml/wiki/ParsingOldSchemaFiles

Not a big deal to build from trunk, but if a release is coming soon we'd prefer the "safety" of doing that.

Haris (cc'd) has been having success building both 32bit and 64bit Windows versions of the released library for a few different projects (FDO KML Provider, GeoREST, couple internal projects) so if there are any blockers there from your end because you don't have access to the tools, he may be able to help.
