Hi all,

I discoveryed luns by ' iscsiadm -m discovery -p 129.9.5.3 -t st' and found luns in /dev/mapper/.
But I could not get lun info by 'iscsi-ls --show-luns iscsi://129.9.5.3', the output info as below:
"Target:iqn.2006-08.com.huawei:oceanstor:21000022a10c1e0a::20000:129.9.5.3 Portal:129.9.5.3:3260,1"
So I wonder if my operation is wrong?

Kernal version:
linux-XtDrVZ:/home/libiscsi-master # uname -a
Linux linux-XtDrVZ 3.10.0-514.44.5.10_44.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Jun 15 10:12:09 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Do you know if your if your iSCSI target has an initiator based ACL on
it? If so you'll have to change the initiator that iscsi-ls presents.

Hi,

I checked my iSCSI target, and did not find an initiator based ACL on it.
So I wonder if there is any other problem?

thanks,
Jun

Hi,

You could try adding -d and see if the extra debug gives any clues...

Hi,

Thanks for your patient answer. And I added '-d' opt, but no debug info printed.

I used lsscsi command show the luns as below:
# lsscsi
[36:0:0:0]   disk    HUAWEI   S5500T           2105  /dev/sdc
[36:0:0:1]   disk    HUAWEI   S5500T           2105  /dev/sde
[36:0:0:2]   disk    HUAWEI   S5500T           2105  /dev/sdh
[36:0:0:3]   disk    HUAWEI   S5500T           2105  /dev/sdk
[36:0:0:4]   disk    HUAWEI   S5500T           2105  /dev/sdm

I'm trying to add some log in iscsi-ls.c to find some clues.

thanks,
Jun
