Hello,

we have implemented a binding to libHaru for Ada programming language.

We would like to create a logo for this binding, and we would like to know the meaning of Haru in the libHaru project

We found the following meaning
From Japanese "sun, sunlight", "spring" or "clear up".
and also a Japanese film http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haru_%281996_film%29

any feedbacks would be greatly appreciate.

Best regards,

Great! Do you have a link? I'd gladly add it to libharu.org.

I don't speak Japanese as well, so I guess for the most correct meaning you'll have to
ask the original author of the library - Takeshi Kanno, takesh...@est.hi-ho.ne.jp

But personally for me Wikipedia answers this question well enough:

"Haru" can also mean tryst, assignation, hanky-panky.
