How to install libHaru into CodeBlocks with minGW?

I've downloaded several versions of installer, but not very sure which one to use.

I tried use libharu-2.0.8 that provided a makefile for minGW in Windows platform, but seems that it doesn't work with my minGW folder inside my CodeBlocks.

and should I run the makefile for mingw_dll as well?

Or is there any way to install it manually?
