LIBHARU INSTALL on windows 10

Good morning, I have some problems to compile the LIBHARU code.


In particular if I try with nmake I obtain this error:

using make I obtain:

Fatal: Unable to open makefile

I would ask you if you have a solution to these problems and difficulties. Are many days that I try to find a solution without any success. Or maybe I would know if there is another way to do that. I'm working in windows 10.
