Adding gradients to Haru PDF

I am hiring a programmer this summer to add gradient ("shadings and patterns") capability to libharu. We're aiming for a basic implementation, maybe not all the bells & whistles.

I will be contributing the code to the project if we achieve our objective.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

I've only used the solid fill, and only for certain shapes. I am not a "power user". 

I am interested in what additional capabilities you plan to implement.
