Sorry, me brain works a bit slowly from time to time. I think this set off my false choice flag, which is why it took me a bit to chew on. A lot of times when I have trouble deciding X or Y, it is because the well thought out answer may be X AND Y or neither X nor Y. I think it's the latter in this case, but again, local control.
