Okay, I have been charged with finding some computer
games for the teen area (PC, no console), money is no
object, but I cannot have any games that feature
violence or sex. So no first or 3rd person shooters,
or sexy games. While I know there are relatively few
"sexy" games; what would people suggest for "actiony"
games?

Right now I'm thinking builder games like Roller
Coaster or Zoo Tycoon or Simcity. The Sims is out as
a game, b/c of the whole *possible* naughty bits.
(Yes I know, its a little extreme, but they who have
the gold make the rules.) I was thinking as an idea
that we might try to add some flash-animation games
b/c there are a few puzzle games there.

So what games should I look into?

Another game I'd recommend on the strategy side is "civilization". Civ IV is
coming out soon, I believe.

For puzzle-type games, how about the Myst series?

How about Rise of Nations, Rome: Total War, any in the Age of series, or
the upcoming Civ4 and/or Age of Empires III? There are also my personal
favorites: Stronghold and Stronghold Crusader, but those are older games
now.

Some of those are sorta violoent, but Download.com has many games that
fit that criteria. I cant remember what it's called but there's a
freeware (gotta pay 20 bucks for the full version) breakout-style game,
only with obstacles and enemies, very fun. Alsp on download.com, this
game is totally free :Mario Forever, from Buzoil Games.

Hope I can help.

PS-I concur with Gillian: Myst and it's sequel, Riven are very good
puzzle games.
