Hi - I would like to do some power analysis of the FSM-9 module - for that could you please state the MCU used? Is it one of the standard Atmel ARM based chip? If so which exact chip is used?
Thanks
Amit

Hi Amit,
The FSM-9 uses an STM32F103 as the MCU which is a standard Cortex M3. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
Thanks,
-Merrill

Merrill - Thanks for the information - Cortex M3 consume 10X more dynamic power than Cortex M0+ also your web site says that Sensor hub can run on Atmel Sam D20 with is M0+ core - so what you lose by running the SW on M0+ cores? How do you evaluate the SW running on M0+ core - is there a board readily available?
Thanks
Amit

Hi Amit,
The FSM-9 is an earlier generation product than our SH-1 solutions that run on the M0+ and M4 (like the BNO070 for instance). I've asked one of our guys to get in touch with you about this so you can expect an email soon. Thanks.
