Hey there - I'm not a developer, just a regular consumer who loved the Loop and now the Scoop.  The only problem is that it prevents both the monitor and PC from sleeping.  Since I'm a heavy user and it's on 24/7, I've got to find a way to resolve it.  I've researched until the cows come home, tried turning it off and so far nothing has helped. Pulling out the receiver every night isn't going to work either.  I didn't have this problem with the Loop so not sure what changed between the two.  Again, I'm not a developer so if you could answer in layman's terms, that would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi Terri,

This is a known issue with the Scoop Pointer and a number of other wireless mice with Windows.  Unfortunately we do not have an update to fix this issue at this time.  Thanks for your question though and I will post here if this gets fixed in the future.
