Early access to version 0.3

There are some major changes underway... pretty much the entire back
end has been rewritten, significant amounts of documentation have been
added, and the API documentation is now available online (http://
docs.libforensics.com). If you want to start working on the 0.3
release, just check out the latest copy of the source code (from
http://code.google.com/p/libforensics/source/checkout).
