max-arg-list-hack and make parallel

Hello,

In the documentation of "--enable-max-arg-list-hack", there is the mention that

> make may not be run in parallel to build libflame when this option is enabled!
> Doing so will result in undefined behavior from ar.

Does it refer to e.g. "make -j 16", or to running multiple independent builds
with make at the same time ?

build of libflame subsequent to a single configuration via configure.
