In
http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~flame/web/libflame.pdf
on page 7, the documentation states that libflame is licensed under LGPL v2.1. However, the repository LICENSE file (
https://github.com/flame/libflame/blob/master/LICENSE
) indicates that the code is licensed under a BSD 3-clause license.
Is the code dual-licensed? If not, which license applies?

Geoff,
libflame is licensed under 3-clause BSD. (The libflame book is out-of-date.
I'll update the source.)
Thanks,
Field
