Has anyone successfully built libFLAME on ARM?

Specifically, we are trying to build libFLAME on new ARM based Macs, and we are trying to use BLIS as he BLAS library.  However, we cannot succeed even in configuring libFLAME in the new environment, despite the fact that we have been able to make it work on x86/Mac.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
